We apply **"Zero-Error" engineering logic** to our warranty service. All hardware is covered by a 12-month structural warranty. Quality discrepancies must be documented with technical evidence within 14 days of arrival. Verified defects are resolved through credit notes or 1:1 hardware replacement in the next production cycle.
